Join our growing team! We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator who wants to be involved in all facets of marketing. Someone who is hungry to learn and passionate about all projects, no matter how big or small. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and a strong work ethic.


  • Perform a range of marketing support and administrative duties related to the daily operation of the marketing organization, such as managing incoming project requests and inquiries. 
  • Work extensively with multiple departments, such as sales, product and customer service to foster strong partnerships and coordinate efforts for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Assist with public relations efforts, including: special events, webinars and working with the news media. 
  • Develop, coordinate, distribute and maintain sales tools and initiatives, both internal and external.
  • Update content on the website and intranet.
  • Build and schedule emails, newsletters, social posts and surveys.
  • Measure, analyze and report performance of marketing campaigns to gain insight and asses against goal.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years marketing or communications experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail such as version control, proofreading, and routing for necessary approvals.
  • Able to meet quick turnarounds and simultaneously juggle multiple projects with various stakeholders staying in constant communication to relay progress and status.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with all levels of management as well as clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills including writing copy for emails, ads and both external and internal newsletters.  
  • Eye for design/visual aesthetics, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite, (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Knowledge of marketing email automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
