Portfolio Manager
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Independently underwrite existing commercial lending relationships of medium-to-high complexity in accordance with bank policy. Maintain a strong knowledge of standard calculations and credit analysis techniques and use to develop sound conclusions supported by thorough and concise presentations of findings.
- Monitor commercial loan portfolio including but not limited to delinquent loans, matured loans, line of credit renewals, construction status reports, etc.
- Complete annual line of credit reviews and renewals.
- Maintain accurate document management records of commercial lending clients in addition to managing the process to request, collect, and store customer documents.
- Assess the adhere to internal credit policies and loan administration procedures while obtaining knowledge of new and existing regulations (State and Federal).
- Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent education preferred.
- Excellent decision making /problem solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word and familiar with basic computer applications.
- Minimum of 3 years’ commercial underwriting or similar financial analysis experience.
- Clear writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and adapt to changes in working environment required.
